With only one month of 2021 in the books, it’s obviously still hard to say how this year will shape up for our Wesley Chapel market. That said, if you compare the data from last month to January 2020, it becomes quite clear that our market underwent a significant transformation over the course of 12 months. The only thing January 2020 and January 2021 seem to have in common is that they were both technically seller’s markets—though one of them was much, much more extreme. Get this: We managed to start 2021 off with a 25% year-over-year increase in sales while working with 64% less inventory!
